Philosophy
The essential qualities a designer must possess are humility and empathy. There must be a constant commitment to lay ego and attachment aside in order to effectively connect with users and stakeholders to achieve a truly collaborative effort within a team. Success in design requires a driving focus to understand the needs, fears, and challenges of the user.
